Grace Kelly’s final film was High Society, starring opposite Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra.

She became a Princess after marrying the Prince of Monaco and never made another Hollywood movie after that, although rumor has it that Hitchcock was trying to get her to come back for another movie.

We would’ve loved another stunning Hitchcock movie with Grace Kelly.

Grace Kelly Movies #1: 14 Hours

Grace Kelly’s first role was a small role in the film noir 14 Hours.

We get a small sampling of classic Grace Kelly style with a dress with an emphasized waist, and her signature pearls are already in use.

As she once said "I favor pearls on screen and in my private life.”

Grace Kelly Movies #2: High Noon

Grace Kelly’s next role was opposite Gregory Peck in the western movie High Noon.

Again, Grace Kelly has a small part as the wife of an ex gunfighter played by Gregory Peck.

Watch for the vintage western fashion inspiration, not really your typical Grace Kelly style.

Grace Kelly dons more of her typical style during the shooting of High Noon with a pair of high waisted trousers, tucked in blouse, and a belt emphasizing the waist.

Grace Kelly Movies #3: Mogambo

Grace Kelly plays opposite Ava Gardner and Clark Gable in Mogambo.

Watch it for the stunning 1950s safari style worn by both Ava Gardner and Grace Kelly throughout the movie.

The clothes are centered around around silk blouses, high waisted pants, vintage style scarfs and matching cardigans.

Always a bonus for the stunning technicolor!

Grace Kelly Movies #4: Dial M for Murder

In her first movie with Alfred Hitchcock, Grace Kelly’s style game in Dial M for Murder continues to impress.

Watch it for her glamorous red dress in the beginning of the film, and of course, the famous negligee in which she is almost strangled in.

Grace Kelly Movies #5: Rear Window

Grace Kelly’s second movie with Alfred Hitchcock, Rear Window, might be her best movie fashion?

It’s hard to pick a favorite.

Grace Kelly stuns with her classy 1950s fashion designed by the talented Edith Head.

Her role as a society lady working in fashion ensures she shows up to every occasion dressed to the nines.

Lots of pearls, 1950s style dresses, paired with red lipstick and her signature waves are full on “hitchcock blonde” glamour.

Grace Kelly Movies #6: The Bridges at Tokyo Ri

Grace Kelly comes back for a bit part as the wife of William Holden in The Bridges at Tokyo Ri.

Although her part is small, she does break out a classic Grace Kelly style outfit complete with some pearls for a dinner out, as well as a classic wool coat and matching cap combination.

Grace Kelly Movies #7: The Country Girl

Grace Kelly plays opposite Bing Crosby as the overworked wife of an alcoholic in The Country Girl.

Due to the nature of her role, there isn’t much of your typical Grace Kelly style here until the end of the movie, when she once again sports her pearls with a chic little black dress.

Grace Kelly Movies #8: Green Fire

Green Fire is a an under the radar Grace Kelly movie, with some quite good Grace Kelly fashion moments.

Watch it for western inspired 1950s fashion, circle skirts and silk blouses, cinched in at the waist with western inspired belts.

Our favorite outfits include a silk blouse and tan trousers cinched in at the waist with a belt, followed by blouses and full skirts, again with an emphasized waist.

Some classic trousers and a famous wedding dress are just typical for Grace Kelly’s final film role in High Society, opposite Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra.

The same fashion designer who designed her wedding dress also designed the fashion for this movie.

See if you can see the similarities between her Grace Kelly High Society Wedding Dress and her real life princess wedding dress.

Watch it for the stunning monochromatic trousers outfit, a sexy white swimsuit, some cute denim outfits, and of course, some classic 1950s style dresses.
